    Lyndey Milan, one of Australia’s most recognised food, wine and lifestyle personalities cooks up a storm with Darina Allen, Ballymaloe.  Lyndey's visit to Ireland was assisted by tourism bodies Fáilte Ireland and Tourism Ireland and her itinerary included a visit to Cork to film her cookery series A Taste of Ireland. Cork is featured in the second episode of the programme which will air on Tuesday 18th June, TV3 at 7.30pm.

  • Ballymaloe Cookery School is offering a five day course from August 29. It will include demos and cookery classes and a lesson on how to milk cows. Participants will learn how to sow sees and make cheese. The course runs from 9.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, and costs €1,450. Visit cookingisfun.ie.
