Cormac Meehan of Meehan Travel in Bundoran was re-elected President of the Irish Travel Agents Association at the Association’s AGM last March. He said at the time that the industry faced many challenges but had become more robust.
Mr Meehan said of the challenges then: “In my second term as President, I aim to build upon progress made in recent years and grow ITAA membership. It is also important that the ITAA continues to engage with regulators, government departments and the relevant cabinet members to overcome the future challenges faced by the travel industry.”
