As part of the launch of the Year of Food and Drink Tourism NI hosted a group of food and travel writers from Dublin, including Travel Extra on a food tour led by Caroline Wilsonof belfastfoodtour.com and joined by Phil Ervine marketing manager of the new byShortcross gin distilled in Crossgar, Co Down.Bob McCoubrey explained how a shortage of chefs caused him to close his Dublin branch of Mourne Seafoods.
