Ryanair has launched Ryanair Transfers, a new transfers booking platform, powered by Dublin-based technology company CarTrawler.
It said the move wold allow Ryanair customers “to book the widest range of ground transport including taxis, chauffeur, bus, coach and rail services, all at the lowest prices on the Ryanair.com website”.
Ryanair Transfers gives customers a direct connection to ground transport options across 33 European countries and Ryanair’s Greg O’Gorman claimed that the partnership would “guarantee passengers the lowest ground transport prices”.

CarTrawler’s Aileen McCormack said: “Ryanair Transfers, powered by CarTrawler, offers customers even more transfer choice with taxis, chauffeur services, bus tickets, shared coach and rail transfers, as Ryanair takes another step towards becoming the “Amazon of Travel”. We will now intelligently select and offer every mode of ground transport for every stage of the customer journey. This is another world’s first partnership between the largest airline website in the world, and the largest provider of business-to business-mobility services in the world.”
Meanwhile, the airline’s connecting flights service from Porto Airport is now live, following the launch of connecting flights at Rome Fiumicino and Milan Bergamo. Passengers can now book connecting flights on the first 20 new routes via Porto airport on Ryanair.com, transfer ‘airside’ between connecting flights and have checked-in baggage transferred through to their final destination on one booking reference.
