TAP Air Portugal integrates interactive map of Portuguese wine to in-flight entertainment system.

TAP Air Portugal has selected 55 wines for its new onboard Portuguese wine list after months of testing analysis evaluations by winemakers and customer feedback. 

The list featured 43 wines for Business Class and 12 for Economy Class throughout 2026 with announcements every two months. Business Class offered a welcome drink of white Port wine 12 red wines 12 white wines six sparkling wines six Port wines and six Moscatel de Setúbal wines.

The menu covered wines from nine regions to showcase Portugal’s diversity. TAP served half am bottles annually across over 16m passengers and more than a thousand weekly flights.

TAP Air Portugal shared in a written statement “It took months of testing and analysis in a careful process involving evaluations by winemakers and feedback from TAP Customers. After three phases with almost 1 300 proposals TAP Air Portugal chose the 55 wines that make up the new Portuguese wine list on board its aircraft.”
