Air France offers dishes created by Frédéric Simonin in premium cabin

Air France is elevating its onboard dining in Premium cabins. From February 2026, flights departing the United States and Canada feature menus by Michelin-starred chef Frédéric Simonin. This enhances the culinary experience for long-haul travellers.

The collaboration continues the airline’s upmarket gastronomy strategy with signature dishes showcaseing French expertise and innovation. Passengers enjoy refined options tailored to routes.

This addition complements existing chef 

Air France shared in a written statement: “Starting in February 2026, Air France expands its signature dishes in the Premium cabin, featuring creations by French Michelin-starred chef Frédéric Simonin on flights from the United States and Canada.”
