United is partnering with Chef’s Table to introduce new meals in Polaris international business class.
The collaboration features 11 chefs from four continents who create regionally inspired dishes. The meals will debut on flights from 1 August 2026 and originate from the chefs’ home cities.
United is investing over €130m in food and beverage upgrades in 2025.
Andrew Nocella shared “United’s network spans many of the culinary capitals of the world, allowing us to authentically bring together acclaimed chefs from around the globe.”
Justin Connor shared “This collaboration represents an unprecedented look at how we can elevate the in-flight dining experience, bringing the culinary brilliance featured on Chef’s Table to the skies.”
