Aena has opened a competitive dialogue tender worth €400 million to provide assistance services for passengers with reduced mobility across twenty airports in its network.
The contract split into five lots will cover a three year period and aims to enhance accessibility and service quality at key hubs. This initiative forms part of broader efforts to improve the passenger experience amid record travel volumes and growing expectations for inclusive airport facilities.
