Aergo appoints Paul Sheridan as CEO

  • Sheridan succeeds Eugene O’Reilly in the role.

Aergo Capital has appointed Paul Sheridan as its new Chief Executive Officer with the role starting on 2 June 2026. 

Sheridan has succeeded Eugene O’Reilly who has led the company in an acting capacity since January. The Dublin-based aircraft lessor and servicer has brought in an executive with more than 25 years of experience in aviation, finance, and advisory.

Sheridan has previously led PwC Ireland’s aviation finance advisory practice and has served as Chief Executive Officer of AMCK Aviation. His career has included roles in structured finance, aircraft trading, and debt syndication after beginning at Aer Lingus. He has worked across Dublin, London, and Hong Kong.

Aergo Capital has managed more than $5bn of aircraft across over 40 countries and has ranked among the top four global aircraft asset managers. The company has focused on mid-life aircraft leasing, asset management, and advisory services under the new leadership.
