Delegation promotes tourism opportunities from direct flights Milan to Knock

Tourism Ireland has partnered with Ireland West Airport Knock to promote direct flights from Milan Bergamo to Knock. Twenty five Irish tourism companies from hotels distilleries outdoor activities and heritage sites have connected with around 60 Italian tour operators travel agents and journalists at a B2B workshop and networking event in Milan. Guests have enjoyed Irish produce prepared by Good Food Ireland during the sessions.

The event focused on ease of access via Ryanair services and attractions along the Wild Atlantic Way. Irish operators presented their offerings directly to the Italian professionals to encourage bookings to the regional airport.

Marcella Ercolini shared “We were delighted to partner with Ireland West Airport Knock Good Food Ireland and our tourism industry partners to highlight ease of access from Milan Bergamo to Knock with Ryanair as well as some of the many things to see and do along the beautiful Wild Atlantic Way.”
