Zenith Aviation has entered administration on 15 May 2026 and faces evaluation of its assets after cashflow issues. Paul Hargreaves of Nexus Corporate Solutions serves as administrator. The company lost 41 jobs in the process.

OPUL Jets acquired Zenith Aviation in April 2025 and took over its AOC and maintenance facility. OPUL Jets ceased control on 24 December 2025. The UK Civil Aviation Authority suspended the AOC number 2390.

The fleet included Learjet 40 and Learjet 75 aircraft. One Learjet 45 remains stored at London Biggin Hill. Officials are assessing options for rescue or buyout.

Paul Hargreaves shared “The company is in an insolvent position due to cashflow issues, unpaid debtors, and historic ownership and management issues. We are assessing the assets of the company and assisting employees with claiming their statutory redundancy entitlements.”
