Gryphon Air has begun revenue charter flights with its Boeing 737-400SF aircraft. The carrier operated multi-stop services from 29 to 31 May 2026 on the Bucharest Henri Coanda to Athens to Tel Aviv Ben Gurion to Rome Fiumicino to Bucharest route. The mission transported time-critical equipment and fresh produce.

The single aircraft YR-GAR remains based in Bucharest. Crews managed precise coordination for on-time performance during the operation. Gryphon Air established the flights as its initial commercial activities.
