Belfast City Airport has been running its Ignite youth leadership programme with 31 students completing year seven. The scheme supports young people from different backgrounds to build confidence and leadership skills. Participants work towards an NLP Diploma in Personal and Career Development.
The year-long programme includes workshops, mentoring and experiences with youth organisations, charities and businesses. Students step outside comfort zones and form connections with peers and professionals. Graduates receive recognition for their achievements.
