Turkey’s AJet to lease five A321neo form BOC

AJet has signed a dry lease agreement for five additional A321-200NX aircraft from BOC Aviation. All five aircraft come with Pratt & Whitney PW1100G engines and schedule for delivery in 2028. The Turkish carrier continues to expand its narrowbody fleet.

Parent company Turkish Airlines seeks further dry lease opportunities alongside existing orders. AJet operates from Istanbul Sabiha Gökcen. The new aircraft support network growth in the coming years. The deal forms part of fleet modernisation efforts in the Turkish market. The chairman of Turkish Airlines shared that the group continues to seek dry lease opportunities.
