Iberia has resumed commercial flights to Venezuela with flights to Arturo Michelena International Airport in Valencia, 150km from Caracas. The airline reduced frequency from four to two weekly services on Thursdays and Sundays. Outbound flights depart direct from Madrid while returns include a technical stop in Santo Domingo.

Airbus A330-200 aircraft with capacity for 288 passengers operate the routes. Caracas airport remains closed after earthquakes on 24 June 2026. Passengers with tickets purchased by 25 June 2026 for travel until 25 July 2026 receive flexible rebooking or voucher options. Iberia is offering rerouting via Panama City or Bogotá where needed.
