Frontier Airlines has posted record second-quarter 2026 operating revenue of 1.3bn US dollars, marking a 38pc increase year on year.

The low-cost carrier attributed the strong performance to robust travel demand, capacity adjustments following market changes, and successful revenue management initiatives that have enabled higher fares.

The results signal improving conditions for the airline as it eyes potential profitability in the second half of the year, with plans for fleetwide Starlink WiFi rollout in 2027.
