England’s largest pharmacy and health and beauty retailer, Boots, has been expanding its travel retail presence with the opening of a new store at Belfast City Airport on 5 August 2026, creating 13 permanent jobs alongside additional seasonal opportunities. The store provides passengers with convenient access to a wide range of health, beauty and wellness products, offering a carefully selected range designed to meet a variety of customer needs from forgotten essentials to favourite beauty products and items for the journey ahead. The store operates with extended hours to accommodate the airport’s flight schedule, open Monday 5:00 am–7:30 pm, Tuesday and Wednesday 5:00 am–8:00 pm, Thursday 5:00 am–8:15 pm, Friday 5:00 am–8:00 pm, Saturday 5:00 am–7:00 pm and Sunday 5:00 am–8:15 pm. The airport serves as a key regional hub with airline partners including Aer Lingus, British Airways, easyJet, KLM and Loganair, offering destinations across Europe including Aberdeen, Amsterdam, Birmingham, Bologna, Bristol, Cardiff, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Exeter, Glasgow, Inverness, Isle of Man, Leeds Bradford, Liverpool, London City, London Gatwick, London Heathrow, London Luton, London Southend, Manchester, Newquay, Palma de Mallorca, Southampton and Verona.
