Taking place from March 5-8, delegates will be hosted onboard one of three ships – AmaSofia, Riviera Radiance or VIVA TWO – each sailing a two-night cruise from Budapest to Vienna, offering breakfast, dinner and entertainment. Delegates will also get the opportunity to experience the other two ships with an onboard lunch and a final overnight stay in Vienna.

Vienna will be the host city for a series of conference business sessions, and will additionally offer delegates the chance to visit four ships as part of a guided tour programme via Avalon Waterways, TUI River Cruises, Scenic and Riverside Luxury Cruises. For the first time, the conference will call in Bratislava, Slovakia as part of the two-night cruise, where a networking trade fair will take place and local excursions will be offered. A new ‘Lite’ registration option has additionally been introduced for 2027, running from March 6-8, offering a shorter schedule based in Vienna with attendance at the business sessions, plus overnight stays on both TUI River Cruises and Avalon Waterways, and lunch on Scenic.

The conference programme has been designed to provide agents with invaluable insight and experiences, from life on board and time spent in destination to business sessions and networking opportunities.

Andy Harmer, managing director of CLIA & Ireland, shared “RiverView is one of the highlights of the cruise calendar and we’re excited to mark its 15th anniversary in such a special way.”
