Entries for the Aviation Industry Awards 2026 close today, Friday, August 21, 2026,, with the annual event serving as the premier benchmark for excellence and innovation within Ireland’s aviation community. The programme covers 25 different categories spanning operations, maintenance, technology, innovation, people development, and diversity. An independent panel of judges bound by strict confidentiality will assess all submissions received through the online platform before the portal shuts down tonight.

The awards feature categories celebrating every corner of the sector, including commercial airlines and airport operations, aircraft leasing and aviation finance, maintenance engineering and tech innovations, workforce development and safety culture, and dedicated awards such as Aviation Company of the Year and the Green Impact Award. Finalists are due to be announced on October 2, with the winners revealed during a live black-tie gala at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Dublin Airport on December 3.

Past winners of the prestigious awards include Manna Air Delivery, Aer Lingus, Shannon Airport Group, and DAA, reflecting the breadth of excellence across Irish aviation.
