Air France-KLM has celebrated its La Première experience being named the World’s Best First Class. When the executive joined Air France-KLM in 2018 there were plans to discontinue La Première. The award is the result of years of work and an evolution relaunched with one clear ambition to offer customers the very best of France including its gastronomy and wines, its cosmetics, its elegance and its savoir-faire.
The ambition now is to bring the same attention to detail to every cabin from La Première to Economy. Air France-KLM has profoundly transformed its products in recent years and will keep raising the bar so that every customer can experience the very best France has to offer. The award recognises the expertise and dedication of the airline’s teams.
Ben Smith CEO of Air France-KLM shared: “When I joined Air France-KLM in 2018, there were plans to discontinue La Première. Last Friday, our entirely renewed experience was named the World’s Best First Class. This award is the result of years of work. An evolution we relaunched collectively with one clear ambition: to offer our customers the very best of France. Its gastronomy and wines, its cosmetics, its elegance and its unique savoir-faire. In short: French glamour, brought to life by the expertise and dedication of our teams. I discussed this with Richard Quest in my latest interview on CNN. Our ambition now is to bring the same attention to detail to every cabin, from La Première to Economy. We have profoundly transformed our products in recent years, and we will keep raising the bar so that every customer can experience the very best France has to offer. We can’t wait to welcome you on board soon.”
