Intervine has announced the expansion of its global wine portfolio. Recent additions and expanded partnerships include producers such as DeLille Cellars, Badia a Coltibuono, Spottswoode, Melka Estates, Realm and Kistler. The expansion gives cruise beverage teams access to a broader range of premium, super-premium and halo wines, creating opportunities to differentiate wine programmes across dining venues, premium packages and special onboard experiences.
The expanded winery network is expected to help food and beverage teams source wines across a range of regions, styles and price points while navigating the operational requirements of cruise beverage programmes. The expansion complements Intervine’s existing partnerships with wineries including Champagne Taittinger, The Donum Estate, Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars, Ridge Vineyards, Trinchero Family Estates, VIK, Paul Hobbs Winery and Catena Zapata.
The expansion follows growth in cruise food and beverage premiumisation. Cruise lines continue to expand premium offerings and introduce discovery-driven brands. Intervine is a cruise beverage supplier.
Bridget Schmidt shared “Across the cruise industry, we’re seeing F&B teams continue to premiumize already sophisticated wine programs, expanding premium offerings, introducing more discovery-driven brands, and creating distinctive wine experiences that stand alongside those found in leading restaurants and luxury hospitality destinations around the world.”
