Intrepid Travel has launched more than 80 new trips for 2027 spanning more than 50 new destinations and 15 additional family itineraries. The expansion includes walking cycling wildlife and expedition programmes with a focus on lesser known locations including Mae Hong Son in Thailand and Norway’s Lyngen Alps.
New options include a 14-day Hidden Gems of Thailand tour a 12-day Black Sea adventure in Turkiye and a seven-day hiking trip in Spain’s Picos de Europa. Bookings for the operator’s European range grew 49pc year on year between 2025 and 2026. The company said the additions are designed around different ages interests and travel styles.
The company introduced 15 new family-focused trips featuring destinations including Morocco Norway and Taiwan. Active and nature experiences include routes in Spain Sri Lanka New Zealand and Rwanda alongside African wildlife expeditions. Budget itineraries range from Northern Thailand and Egypt to an 18 to 35s trip spanning Barcelona to Berlin.
