John McKeon, co-founder of IAATO Member Operator Polar Latitudes, has been named the new executive committee chair of the International Association of Antarctica Tour Operators (IAATO). He has been an active member since 2010 and previously chaired the Membership Committee.
Brandon Harvey, senior director of expedition operations at Quark Expeditions, and Jørn Henriksen, director of expedition operations at Viking, have joined IAATO’s top team after a vote during the annual meeting held in April.
McKeon succeeds Tudor Morgan as chair, who served on the Executive Committee for the maximum term of five years, with the last two years as chair.
