Air France has introduced its signature fragrance, AF001, crafted by renowned perfumer Francis Kurkdjian, inspired by the airline’s Concorde flights.
The scent features comforting notes of musk, mimosa, jasmine, and rose, enhancing the ambiance in Air France lounges at Paris CDG.
This fragrance will soon be available in other lounges worldwide, adding a luxurious touch to the airline’s travel experience.
The launch of AF001 precedes the reveal of Air France’s new La Première cabin, promising an exceptional travel journey with customizable seating options.
Kurkgjian has created fragrances for brands including Guerlain, Dior, Armani, Jean Paul Gaultier, Narciso Rodriguez, Elizabeth Arden, Acqua di Parma, Versace, Ferragamo, Lanvin, Van Cleef & Arpels, Elie Saab and Burberry, and was named Chevalier des Arts et Lettres in 2008.
Kurkgjian shared that the fragrance had been inspired by “the illusion of a ray of sunshine on the wings of an aircraft”.
