Fingal County Council expressed concerns regarding the absence of toilets in the original proposal and requested electric vehicle charging points, bicycle parking adjustments, and a traffic survey to be included in the plans.
The planning department emphasized the need for better facilities at the observation site, advocating for eco toilets and improved access, as they seek to create a welcoming space for the community to engage with aviation activities.
