Emirates unveiled a new uniform for its Premium & VIP Passenger Services team, reflecting the airline’s elevated service standards, designed to appeal to high-profile customers arriving or transiting through Dubai.

The uniform, which includes A-line skirts, pant suits, and tailored suits in a warm sand color, is designed in-house and features elements such as the Emirates red hat and cream chiffon scarf, embodying local culture.

The 145-member team is trained to manage over 150,000 Premium and VIP passengers annually at Dubai International Airport, providing services for dignitaries, celebrities, and other high-status individuals.

Key operations include managing arrivals, check-ins, and lounge access with a focus on privacy and security while coordinating premium experiences, such as expedited security checks and luxury transportation options.
