Emerald Airlines, operating as Aer Lingus Regional, has announced the suspension of services between Belfast City and Newcastle after a market condition review.

Seasonal service to the Isle of Man will operate in May and June 2025 to accommodate travelers for the Isle of Man TT Races.

Aer Lingus Regional, operated by Emerald Airlines, is assessing the potential return of routes to Newquay, continuing to grow its connectivity from Belfast City Airport.

In a written statement, the airline reiterated its commitment to Belfast City Airport, maintaining routes to major cities including Birmingham, Edinburgh, and Manchester, despite recent adjustments.
