Emirates has opened its largest airport lounge outside Dubai at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi’s new Satellite 1 Terminal, with the facility covering 1,454sqm.
The $5m lounge can accommodate up to 250 guests and offers amenities including shower facilities and wireless charging stations.
Bangkok Suvarnabhumi’s Satellite 1 Terminal opened in early 2024, featuring 28 gates capable of handling wide-body aircraft like the Airbus A380.
Emirates celebrates 35 years of service in Thailand in 2025 and currently operates five daily flights from Dubai to Bangkok, along with routes to Phuket and Hong Kong with connections from its double daily Dublin service
