The winners of the Cellars in the Sky Awards 2025 run by Business Traveller magazine saw Qantas and Qatar Airways earning Gold medals in four categories each.
Qantas won in Business Class White, Business Class Fortified / Dessert Wine, Business Class Wine Cellar, and Best First Class Red, while Qatar Airways excelled in Business Class Best-Presented Wine List, First Class White, First Class Wine Cellar, and Overall Wine Cellar.
Korean Air received two Gold medals for Business Class Sparkling and Business Class Red, while Virgin Atlantic and British Airways won for Business Class Rosé and First Class Rosé respectively.
This competition, running since 1985 and now in its 39th year, was judged by experts at Haberdashers’ Hall in Smithfield, London, with a total of 32 airlines participating, the highest number since the pandemic.
