Lufthansa is introducing a revamped dining experience for business class customers on short and medium-haul flights lasting over two hours, starting February 26.
The new menu, created by celebrity chef Johann Lafer in collaboration with Gate Gourmet, features an expanded selection of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
Passengers on flights exceeding two hours can now pre-select from up to nine hot dishes, enhancing meal variety and reducing food waste.
Senior vice president Caroline Drischel announced plans to extend similar pre-select dining options to Austrian Airlines, following SWISS’s recent introduction of this service.
