Marriott International launched its 37th brand, Series by Marriott, focusing on midscale and upscale lodging segments.

The brand debut features The Fern portfolio in India, with 84 existing properties and 31 more planned.

The Series brand aims to attract value-conscious travellers and enhance choices for Marriott Bonvoy members.

Marriott’s strategy includes ongoing discussions with hotel owners across multiple regions including the US, Caribbean, and Europe.

The Series by Marriott will include amenities like free wifi, tea/coffee facilities, and events spaces at certain locations.
