The Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge at Heathrow Terminal 2 has reopened after refurbishment. Upgrades include a revamped business centre with modern seating and charging options, and the lounge now accommodates 149 seats, providing additional comfort and workspace
The lounge is open from 6am to 5.30pm and is available to travellers flying with a Star Alliance airline and certain eligible members, including Aeroplan and Star Alliance Gold members
Upon entering, guests are welcomed by light wood decor and a subtle maple leaf design, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the runway
Food offerings are self-service, changing throughout the day, with allergen markings present, although plant-based options are limited
The lounge closed for a light refurbishment in 2024, and has recently been unveiled with a few updates.
The private pods no longer have Sony headsets, instead featuring just a reclined, padded seat. Air Canada has done-away with the previous Dell PCs, printers and scanners, opting instead for red banquette seating.
T2 is served by Aer Lingus from Dublin with connections to Canadian cities via Air Canada.
