Denise Mangan-Fahy has been confirmed as the Chief Executive Officer of Shannon Engine Support, effective September 2025, succeeding Julie Dickerson.

Denise possesses 35 years of experience in the aerospace industry, progressing through roles at Shannon Aerospace and GECAS.

Under Julie Dickerson’s leadership, SES expanded from 200 to over 600 engines and increased its workforce from 28 to over 100 employees.

The company aims to manage 700 engines by the end of 2025 and up to 900 by 2028, solidifying its position in the engine leasing market.

Denise plans to maintain operational excellence and drive portfolio growth while focusing on customer needs in her new role.

Denise Mangan-Fahy shared: “I would like to thank Julie for her outstanding leadership and dedication in positioning SES as the number one lessor of CFM56 and LEAP engines worldwide.” Julie Dickerson shared; “When I joined, there were around 28 of us, we had a portfolio of 200 engines. I am passing on the company to someone who values our people.”
