Aer Lingus has launched a refreshed mobile app aimed at improving the customer travel experience. The app includes features like real-time flight updates and wayfinding support for Dublin Airport and JFK.
User ratings have seen a notable rise, jumping to 4.8 stars on Android and 4.7 on iOS. In the last 12 months, over 5.7 million global users accessed the Aer Lingus app. The upgrades stemmed from feedback gathered from a panel of 1,300 Aer Lingus customers.
