Ryanair group chief executive Michael O’Leary has once again criticised the French government’s decision to increase the airfare levy.
The airline plans to reduce services to and from France this winter as a result of the tax hike.
Ryanair will cease operations at three French airports and cut 13pc of its flights in the country.
O’Leary described the French government’s actions as “completely unjustified” and has labelled the taxes as “ridiculous and idiotic.”
