LOT Polish Airlines has partnered with chef Bartosz Szymczak of Rozbrat 20 to enhance its inflight dining experience with new culinary offerings.

Four new main courses, including salmon croquette and beef bourguignon, will be available for business class passengers on long-haul flights until 31 January 2026. Passengers can pre-order their dishes via the LOT Book & Collect service up to 24 hours before departure to guarantee their meal choice.

The initiative aims to showcase Polish culinary culture and enhance the airline’s dining prestige on international flights.

Chef Szymczak expressed pride in the opportunity to present Polish cuisine to a broader audience through this collaboration.
