Ryanair has welcomed an Alicante Court’s conviction of a passenger who assaulted a crew member on flight FR7567 from Ibiza to Alicante on 4 June 2025. The passenger was fined €270 for the disruption.

Ryanair maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for passenger misconduct to ensure a comfortable environment for passengers and crew.

The airline will continue to take action against unruly passenger behaviour. The conviction serves as a deterrent to maintain respectful travel conditions.

Jade Kirwan shared: “We welcome the Alicante Court’s conviction of this unruly passenger whose inexcusable behaviour disrupted a flight from Ibiza to Alicante in June last. This demonstrates just one of the many consequences that passengers who disrupt flights will face as part of Ryanair’s zero tolerance policy.”
