Dublin headquartered small-aircraft lessor TrueNoord Aviation has appointed Leane Higgins as Technical Director Asia Pacific, based in Singapore.
Higgins brings over 20 years of aviation experience, previously with GECAS and NAC, and holds an MSc in Project Management.
The appointment supports TrueNoord’s expansion in the Asia Pacific, where aviation demand has surpassed pre-pandemic levels.
TrueNoord operates a fleet of 100 aircraft, with an average fleet age of 9.8 years and employs 39 staff members to manage its operations and services.
The company holds a portfolio valued at USD1.4bn, encompassing 10 different aircraft types. The average remaining lease term for their aircraft is 4.7 years.
TrueNoord’s website shares that the diversity of its global clientele and expanding fleet positions the company to capture growth in the aviation sector while mitigating risks from global economic fluctuations.
