
Colin Joyce, a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience, has been appointed CEO of JLPS Ireland, effective 1 October 2025.
Joyce previously held senior roles at NAC Aviation Capital, Asia Aviation Capital, and GE Capital Aviation Services. He was a founding executive of JLPS Ireland in 2019, contributing to its growth in aircraft leasing and portfolio management.
JLPS Ireland has a fleet 110 aircraft, 20 employees and asset value of $5.5bn.Aircraft are leased to 26 airlines across 18 countries.
JLPS Ireland is a subsidiary of JP Lease Products and Services Co., Ltd., focusing on JOL and JOLCO transactions. Japanese Operating Lease with Call Option is a specialized, 100pc asset financing structure commonly used in Japan’s aviation and shipping industries. The appointment aims to drive the company’s next phase of expansion in the aviation financial services sector.
