Routes has revealed finalists for the Rising Star and Individual Leadership Awards at Routes World 2025 in Hong Kong.
Rising Star finalists include Daria Sergeeva from Wizz Air, who manages a €150m budget and 30 airports across England, Germany, Austria, and CIS.
Remon Essers Aliende Moscoso from Transavia launched 24 new routes, including Tromsø and Tbilisi, and handles Eindhoven Airport’s runway closure project.
Ryan Caldwell from Newcastle Airport secured Jetstar’s Bali route and introduced real-time dashboards for airline negotiations.
Vlad Lizarov from easyJet reopened London Southend base with three A320neos and prepared Newcastle base for 2026.
The winners of the Routes World Awards will be announced this evening in Hong Kong during the Routes World Networking Evening
