
AvCon 2025, hosted at Casement Aerodrome, attracted over 8,000 students and teachers, with thousands more joining via TYHub Live across Ireland and Europe.
The event featured hands-on aircraft displays, simulators, and talks by over 50 speakers from Aer Lingus, Kuehne + Nagel, and AFTA, promoting aviation and STEM careers.
Held in Hangar 4, the six-hour broadcast included a video address by An Taoiseach Micheál Martin and a welcome from Brigadier General Rory O’Connor.
Over 100 industry, education, and government representatives participated, reinforcing AvCon’s role in shaping Ireland’s future aviation workforce.
The event’s international reach and interactive format inspired students to explore career paths in aviation, aerospace, and engineering.
