Aergo Capital has acquired two Boeing 737-800 aircraft with manufacturer serial numbers 37242 and 37264 on lease to TUI from Pulsar Aero Global.
The transaction involved PK Finance as the sole lender and Smith Gambrell & Russell, LLP as lead counsel to Aergo. The acquisition includes attached TUI leases and reflects increased trading activity in the lessor community.
