Breeze Airways secured €44m in debt financing from AIP Capital to support its growth, including new routes to Cancún, Punta Cana, and Montego Bay. The airline operates 43 A220-300s, eight E190s, and two inactive E195s, with an order for 49 additional A220-300s and options for up to 120.

CEO David Neeleman plans to expand the fleet to 400 aircraft, targeting underserved US communities. Breeze recently gained US flag carrier status, enabling international route launches. Neeleman revealed plans for a potential initial public offering in 2026, contingent on market conditions.

David Neeleman shared, “There is enough market in underserved communities across the United States for Breeze Airways to increase its fleet size up to 400 aircraft.”
