SERE Holdings Ltd has confrimed the acquisition of Woodgate Aviation, expanding its aviation portfolio in Ireland.
The deal forms the SERE Aviation Group, including Jet Assist and 247 Aviation alongside Woodgate Aviation. Woodgate operates the NI Fixed Wing Air Ambulance Service and provides executive air charter, ground handling and medical repatriation.
The integration combines Woodgate’s hangar and maintenance facilities at Belfast International Airport with Jet Assist infrastructure at Belfast International and Belfast City Airports. SERE Holdings commits multi-million-pound investment to modernise services and improve resilience for the NHS air ambulance contract.
