
Nominations are open until 1 December 2025 for the Jane O’Callaghan award recognising women with 5-15 years experience who show determination and impact in aviation.
High Ridge Aviation has partnered with Advancing Women in Aviation Roundtable (AWAR) to launch the first annual award in memory of board director Jane O’Callaghan, who died on on 18th July 2025. Jane was in aviation finance for over 30 years, starting in 1987 in GPA
Jane O’Callaghan held senior roles at GPA, GECAS, Pembroke Capital, Aircastle, ALAFCO and AMCK Aviation from 1987. The presentation will take place at the AWAR Annual Luncheon in Dublin during January 2026 aviation conference week. Nominations are open until 1 December 2025 via AWARGlobal.org.
