Ryanair €5m lawsuit against England’s NATS will not be heard until 2027

Ryanair’s claim for €5m in damages against England’s air traffic control system, NATS, over a 2023 computer failure has been scheduled for early 2027 in London with the trial expected to last an estimated 10 days.

The systems shutdown affected about 300,000 Ryanair passengers stranding thousands of passengers abroad for days.

Ryanair shared at the time that about 300,000 of its passengers were affected by the systems shutdown.
