Ethiopian Airlines has placed a firm order for six Airbus A350-900 aircraft at the Dubai Airshow. The order strengthened its position as the largest A350 operator in Africa.
The A350 provided 25pc lower fuel burn and emissions than previous generation aircraft. The aircraft operated with up to 50pc sustainable aviation fuel. The A350 family recorded over 1,400 orders worldwide by October 2025.
