AerCap Holdings offers $2.4bn in senior notes

AerCap Holdings N.V., through its subsidiaries AerCap Ireland Capital DAC and AerCap Global Aviation Trust, priced an offering of senior notes totaling $2.4bn, comprising $1.3bn of 4.625pc Senior Notes due 2029 and $1.1bn of 4.950pc Senior Notes due 2034.

The Notes will be fully guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by AerCap Holdings N.V. and certain other subsidiaries, with the net proceeds intended for general corporate purposes, including aircraft asset acquisition, investment, financing, or refinancing, as well as debt repayment.

The joint book-running managers for the underwritten public offering are RBC Capital Markets, Wells Fargo Securities, BofA Securities, HSBC, Fifth Third Securities, and Societe Generale.
