Air France has partnered with French pâtissier Yann Couvreur on 14 October 2025 to introduce exclusive desserts in its long-haul Business cabin departing from Paris, marking the first time a pastry chef has created a rotating selection of five gourmet items.
Couvreur, who opened his first patisserie in Paris in 2015, has expanded to Dubai, Riyadh, Doha, Abu Dhabi, and Miami, with his Wynwood café concept launched recently. The desserts, available from October 2025, include crunchy biscuit with ganache and dark chocolate mousse, and almond mousse with pear confit, using seasonal ingredients.
The collaboration continues Air France’s tradition since 2023 of enlisting chefs for in-flight desserts, following Laurent Le Daniel for US and Canada routes. Couvreur aims to showcase French products globally through the airline.
