Delta Air Lines has revealed a new “Distinctly Delta” uniform collection on 4 November 2025, designed with Lands’ End, Missoni, and Bombas.

The uniforms cater to over 65,000 employees, featuring stretch fabrics and reinforced seams for performance across job roles. Wear-testing begins in 2026, with full rollout planned for 2027, meeting STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX certification.

Collaborations include Missoni accessories with subtle logo patterns and Bombas socks for comfort across climates. Feedback remains ongoing, reflecting employee input on fit and function.

Ekrem Dimbiloglu shared “We’re designing for more than 65,000 uniformed employees. Delta crews were iconic walking the concourse in the wrap dress.”
